100% Nebbiolo. After careful pressing, the juice undergoes a maceration of 9 days and the fermentation is started on stainless steel. After 5 months, the wine is transferred to a mix of large and small barrels. The wine is then bottled after 9 months.

Be sure to try it with a delicious piece of Piemontese meet and fine game such as doe and roebuck are also highly recommended.

Warm and temperate climate with warm and moderately dry summers but still with regular precipitation. Winters can be cool but not really cold with a fair amount of precipitation. Both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea play a major role.
