Vineyards of origin: Area of the Doc Manduria (Apulia). Vine type: 100%Primitivo. Yield per hectare: About 80 quintals. Vine training system: Traditional Apulian sapling. Winemaking and maturation: Hand harvest and timely processing of the grape with rasping. Maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperature and short maturation in steel and big and medium barrels.
