Indomito - Italy - Campania (Italy)

Indomito (loosely translated) means rebellious, stubborn, indomitable. These are terms that the wines have been given. Both grape varieties Falanghina (white) and Aglianco (blue) are full of character and come into their own under the name of this winery. With the Mediterranean climate from Beneventano, a sub-region of Campania, there are mainly warm and dry summers and mild winters with limited precipitation.

Light yellow color with green reflection. Ripe white fruit with seductive floral notes. Full and ripe character that challenges the taste buds in a lively and fresh way. A pleasant acidity keeps the wine captivating and interesting. Dry, sunny and medium long finish.

Shiny garnet red colour. Aromas of blackberries, blackberries, violets and a fine hint of tar. Remarkable balance between deeper tones typical of Aglianico and more refined characteristics. Lively and mineral character. The finish has a medium length and here too balances nicely between supple fruit and more complex tones.
